Tucson Property Management is an income property investment and management company based in Tucson Arizona. Founded in 2009 by Tucson real estate professional Marni Allen, TPE property management division professionals boast more than 20 years of collective experience in the local real estate market.

We are dedicated to providing comprehensive and efficient property management services, and for this purpose have integrated a web-based information portal designed especially for property owners who seek around-the-clock access to financial, tenant, and maintenance information.

• Our office is staffed Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• All maintenance contractors must meet strict standards to ensure the highest quality of work is being done.
• Our property managers are licensed with the Arizona Department of Real Estate

We understand that tenants, as well as property owners, require high quality leasing and maintenance services.

• TPE has a Property Manager on call after office hours, weekends, and holidays in case of emergency.
• Maintenance requests may be submitted directly from our website or via email or fax anytime 24/7
• TPE provides detailed property condition reports upon move-in and at end of a tenancy
• All deposits are kept in a FDIC-insured Tucson bank for accounting at the end of the lease term
• TPE's Buildium software powered Tenant Portal allows for online maintenance requests and notice submissions.
• A secure rent drop box is also available at our office location, for tenant's payment convenience.
