TPE provides property management services for homeowners seeking assistance with their real estate investment as well as location services for renters seeking new residence.  TPE manages a portfolio of available properties, ranging from single family residences to apartments and duplexes, and including luxury houses, townhomes and seasonal residences.  We pride ourselves on extensive Tucson housing market knowledge and courteous customer-service oriented property management. TPE's management staff has over 20 years of experience, and is fully qualified to offer owners competent advice about rental property values, local neighborhoods and rental markets. We offer accurate advice about appropriate rental fees for the properties we manage - whether we represent the owner or the tenant.

Tenant Screening

TPE's screening process ensures that qualified tenants are matched with each rental property. The average time of vacancy for our managed properties, once put on the market for rental, has been less than two weeks per property. We match homes and renters, quickly and reliably.

Rent Collection & Dispersal

Rent payments are collected no later than the 5th day of each month. Rental proceeds are paid on a predetermined date, generally the 10th of the month. In the event of late payments, collection practices are started promptly and evictions, should they be necessary, are handled in a timely and efficient manner to reduce the chance of difficult or costly situations.


Each month TPE owners receive a detailed income and expense report. In addition, TPE's online management portal makes information tracking available to owners and renters alike, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. At the end of the year TPE provides a comprehensive statement for owner's tax records

Property Maintenance

TPE has an extensive list of reliable, licensed and bonded home maintenance and services contractors, available in each zone of Pima County, available to cover necessary repairs or maintenance. Maintenance services are coordinated with owners approval and with strict consideration of tenants privacy needs and availability. In the event of emergency, TPE provides 24 hour maintenance services.
